Responsabilites

  • Travailler comme membre a part entiere d'une equipe organisee en mode agile, responsable du support operationnel Unix et de projets d'infrastructure;

  • Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents des clients en agissant comme partenaire d'affaires de confiance, avec transparence et sens des responsabilites;

  • Participer au support Follow-the-Sun couvrant l'Europe et l'Asie;

  • Proposer des solutions innovantes, evolutives et industrialisees afin d'automatiser les taches repetitives et ameliorer l'efficacite globale de l'equipe;

  • Participer activement aux initiatives d'automatisation a l'echelle de l'entreprise en collaboration avec plusieurs equipes fonctionnelles;

  • Gerer les activites conformement au cadre ITIL (gestion des changements, des incidents et des requetes);

  • S'integrer aux routines operationnelles de l'equipe et participer aux operations en temps supplementaire planifiees au moins une fois par mois;

  • Collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe de support niveau 1 basee a Bangalore afin d'optimiser continuellement la prestation de services;

  • Renforcer son expertise des pratiques agiles, avec Scrum au cur de l'organisation des equipes;

  • Contribuer a la conception et au developpement d'API pour automatiser les operations TI (forte expertise Python requise);

  • Participer a la conception et a la livraison des produits des equipes fonctionnelles, en apportant une expertise technique et une vision architecturale;

  • Supporter un environnement a grande echelle de plus de 2 500.serveurs

Qualifications

  • Expertise avancee des systemes d'exploitation Linux (RHEL) : administration, gestion du cycle de vie, securisation (hardening) et optimisation des performances;

  • Solides competences en resolution de problemes aux niveaux noyau, processus, memoire et entrees/sorties (I/O);

  • Experience avec les outils de surveillance et d'observabilite (ex. : Zabbix, Prometheus, controles de sante personnalises);

  • Competences en developpement et en scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet);

  • Experience en automatisation de niveau production, integration d'API et developpement d'outils;

  • Connaissance de la gestion des volumes (LVM, multipathing) et de l'optimisation des systemes de fichiers (XFS, ext4);

  • Expertise avec Puppet : conception modulaire, Hiera, gestion des environnements, deploiement de configurations a grande echelle;

  • Experience avec les technologies infonuagiques (architectures hybrides, provisioning, integration);

  • Maitrise de Red Hat Identity Management (IdM), integration LDAP, ainsi que des mecanismes d'authentification et d'autorisation;

  • Connaissance du materiel d'entreprise (HP/DELL x86), incluant firmware, BIOS et RAID;

  • Bonne comprehension de TCP/IP et des services associes (LDAP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, NFS) ainsi que du depannage de dependances complexes;

  • Experience avec les plateformes de sauvegarde d'entreprise (ex. : NetBackup), validation des restaurations et preparation a la reprise apres sinistre;

  • Connaissance des environnements SAN, du stockage Fibre Channel, NFS et de la configuration multipath I/O;

  • Comprehension des mecanismes de haute disponibilite et de basculement (failover);

  • Experience en gestion des correctifs, conformite et remediation des vulnerabilites;

  • Solides competences en analyse des causes profondes (RCA) et gestion des problemes en production;

  • Experience de contribution a des projets open source (ex. : GitHub), incluant revues de code et documentation;

  • Avoir une excellente communication en francais et en anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit. L'anglais est requis, le le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situes a l'exterieur du Quebec.
