Nous recherchons un administrateur Linux afin d'assurer la continuite des responsabilites actuellement prises en charge au sein de l'equipe Unix. La personne retenue jouera un role cle dans l'exploitation, l'automatisation, la documentation et l'amelioration des environnements Red Hat Enterprise Linux, tout en soutenant les projets d'infrastructure critiques tels que les mises a jour RHEL, l'automatisation Ansible, l'integration avec les outils de surveillance et le support des environnements infonuagiques et SAP sur GCP.

Responsabilites
  • Administrer, maintenir et faire evoluer les environnements Red Hat Enterprise Linux et Unix de l'entreprise, incluant les environnements de laboratoire, developpement, QA et production;
  • Participer activement aux projets de mise a jour, de migration et de standardisation des serveurs RHEL, incluant l'analyse des versions supportees, des cycles de vie Red Hat et des risques operationnels;
  • Gerer les abonnements, l'enregistrement, la conformite et le cycle de vie des serveurs Linux a l'aide de Red Hat Satellite et des outils Red Hat associes;
  • Developper, maintenir et executer des automatisations avec Ansible Automation Platform, incluant les inventaires, les modeles de taches, les workflows et les playbooks utilises pour les operations Unix;
  • Assurer l'integration, la surveillance et le depannage des serveurs Linux avec les outils de monitoring tels que Nagios XI et Solarwinds;
  • Fournir un support technique avance pour les incidents et problemes lies aux plateformes Unix/Linux, incluant les escalades avec les fournisseurs tels que Red Hat, Google, Lenovo, Commvault, SolarWinds;
  • Contribuer au support des environnements Linux sur GCP, incluant les enjeux de capacite, de configuration reseau, de demarrage d'instances, de disques et de coordination avec les equipes applicatives et fournisseurs;
  • Documenter les procedures techniques, les guides d'exploitation, les articles de base de connaissances, les etapes de deploiement, les configurations standards et les processus de transfert aux operations; et
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes Infrastructure, Systemes, Reseau, Cybersecurite, Livraison de projets, Support magasins et les fournisseurs externes afin d'assurer la stabilite et l'evolution des plateformes Unix/Linux.
Exigences du poste
  • Minimum de trois (3) ans d'experience pertinente en administration de systemes Red Hat Enterprise Linux et Unix dans un environnement d'entreprise;
  • Tres bonne connaissance de RHEL, du cycle de vie Red Hat, de la gestion des correctifs, des abonnements et de Red Hat Satellite;
  • Experience pratique avec Ansible Automation Platform, incluant les playbooks, workflows, inventaires, roles, variables et automatisations operationnelles;
  • Capacite a automatiser des taches a l'aide de Bash, Python, Ansible ou d'outils comparables;
  • Experience avec les environnements virtualises et infonuagiques, notamment VMware et GCP, consideree comme un atout important;
  • Connaissance des outils de surveillance, de journalisation et de securite tels que SolarWinds, Nagios XI consideree comme un atout;
  • Connaissance des conteneurs Linux, de Podman, des pilotes NVIDIA ou des environnements applicatifs en magasin consideree comme un atout;
  • Capacite a analyser des enjeux complexes, ouvrir et suivre des cas fournisseurs, documenter les constats et recommander des pistes de resolution;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en documentation technique, transfert de connaissances, vulgarisation et collaboration avec des equipes multidisciplinaires; et
  • Autonomie, rigueur, curiosite technique, sens des priorites et capacite a travailler dans un environnement operationnel actif.
