A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

  • Plan, setup, configure and operationalize cybersecurity tools and services.
  • Oversee, lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper security measures are taken.
  • Lead or assist various stakeholders with vulnerability remediation.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to proactively address high-priority issues.
  • Assist with the handling complex security incidents and forensic investigations.
  • Conduct advanced threat analysis and provide expert-level guidance to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Optimize and automate cybersecurity tasks and services.
  • Mentor junior staff members and lead training sessions.
  • Assist with other System Administrator level tasks.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a SysAdmin.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Security Administrator.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft 365 suite, Entra, Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Mastery of the Azure Security platform (Defender, Sentinel, Pureview, DLP).
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex security or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing and hardening Linux and Windows Servers, Windows and Mac workstations and mobile platforms.
  • Wide experience using and configuring various cybersecurity tools.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Good experience with threat intelligence and incident response.
  • Good knowledge of networking (CCNA or Network+ certification is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of virtualization and containerization.
  • Good programming/scripting skills (Ex.: Python, Powershell).
  • Experienced with multiple SIEM and EDR systems.
  • Strong ability to design and architect secure systems and networks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong holistic approach (human and technical).
  • Ability to plan and coordinate change across multiple teams and the organization.
  • Team player and cooperative.
  • Being flexible and proactive.
  • Bilingual (Mastery of one or both English and/or French).
