Job description

Reports to:
Executive Chef/Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and cooks meals for members and guests.
  • Maintains established food quality standards and consistency of menu items.
  • Sets up workstation, maintains cleanliness of work area, and monitors food temperatures.
  • Adheres to state sanitation standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of related work experience.
  • Must have excellent knife skills.
  • Must have familiarity with duties in all areas of the kitchen and the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have knowledge of culinary terminology and understanding of the fundamentals of cooking.
  • Formal culinary education is preferred.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
