Job description

The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for shift management of the workforce of a Processing Plant. Responsibilities include keeping close track of production output, record keeping, plus training and coaching.

As an important team member, the expectations will be to consistently strive and contribute to overall excellence that will meet or exceed corporate objectives. Candidate must be safety conscious and committed to maintaining our safe workplace. Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Hours may vary based on production requirements and customer needs. HS Grad or G.E.D. equivalent.

Minimum Requirements for this Position Include:

  • Management of Production team
  • Scheduling, training and mentoring
  • Coordinate and insure all training guidelines are being met
  • A thorough understanding of production
  • Willing to work evening shift
  • Microsoft Office applications Word / Excel / Outlook
