Production Associate

As a local, family-owned company founded in 1934, Virginia Linen Service provides top quality linen, mat and uniform rental services to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Our modern processing facilities are equipped with the latest technology available, enabling us to be efficient and provide cost effective products and services. Come join our team!

  • Sort and process linen and textile products according to established procedures.
  • Inspect products for cleanliness, quality, damage, and proper condition.
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training.
  • Fold, package, and prepare finished products for customer delivery.
  • Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
