  • Prior experience in asphalt shoveling required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Knowledge of road and traffic regulations
  • Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction.
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Drivers License preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
