Join the Creative Dining Services team at Hope College! We're hiring Line Servers who are energetic, dependable, and love fast-paced, team-oriented environments. If you enjoy making guests smile and want to be part of a supportive crew, we want to meet you!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals quickly, accurately, and with a great attitude
  • Keep food fresh and safe (monitor temps, restock as needed)
  • Maintain a clean and organized serving area
  • Support teammates and adapt to a variety of tasks
  • Open or close the station depending on shift
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and kitchen staff

Expectations:

  • 1 years of food or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Top 9 Food Allergens
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
