Job description

We are looking for a Line cook to join our talented culinary team. This position will support line preparation and execution for meal service and will occasionally help with special events.

Experience and skills we're looking for: prior culinary experience required with some prior fine dining experience preferred. Ability to quickly learn new recipes and techniques with an ability to work quickly and efficiently. Strong understanding of culinary fundamentals including food handling & safety, sanitation, station set up, etc. required.

About us: Piper Shores is Maine's premier continuing care retirement community, dedicated to providing our residents with the highest level of service. This position will work at our Oceanside campus to prepare lunch and dinner for residents in our Independent Living Dining Room.
