Product Line Manager II - Global Apparel (Men's & Women's Team Sports)

About the Role
We're seeking a Product Line Manager II to join a dynamic Global Apparel team focused on performance and team sports. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of product lines that serve athletes across multiple levels - from youth to collegiate competition.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with design, development, merchandising, and planning teams to bring innovative, athlete-informed apparel to market. You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, managing line plans, and ensuring successful delivery across seasons.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product line planning across multiple categories, managing a high volume of styles across men's and women's assortments
  • Drive the product creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and marketplace needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, technical development, merchandising, and planning to deliver cohesive product lines
  • Translate athlete and consumer insights into actionable product briefs and line strategies
  • Manage product data, line plans, and documentation within product management systems
  • Oversee prototypes, samples, and wear-testing processes to ensure product quality and performance
  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Ensure product readiness, including margin alignment, seasonal flow, and delivery timelines

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel product management, merchandising, or product creation
  • Strong understanding of the apparel product lifecycle and line planning processes
  • Experience working with textiles, trims, and garment construction
