Role: Product Manager โ€“ Retail Product Lines II (Global Apparel)

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid โ€“ Onsite Mondayโ€“Thursday, Work from Home Fridays)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager โ€“ Retail Product Lines II to join a Global Promo Apparel team supporting Men's and Women's Olympics/TEAM apparel. This role will partner closely with Product Line Managers, Designers, Developers, Materials teams, Merchandising, and Planning to create and commercialize innovative apparel for elite athletes, collegiate teams, and youth sports programs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about product creation, sports, and consumer insights, with experience managing product lines from concept through commercialization. This role requires strong product management expertise, cross-functional leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of consumer and marketplace trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal product line plans across multiple apparel categories.
  • Lead cross-functional product creation efforts from concept through commercialization.
  • Develop and maintain visual line plans, prototypes, samples, and product documentation.
  • Translate athlete, consumer, and marketplace insights into compelling product briefs.
  • Coordinate with Design, Technical Development, Materials, Planning, Merchandising, and Brand teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain product line management systems and ensure data accuracy throughout seasonal milestones.
  • Conduct marketplace research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to manage seasonal product flow, margins, and delivery readiness.
  • Coordinate product reviews, wear testing activities, and product presentations.
  • Support seasonal planning, product strategy, and commercialization initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners while driving alignment across teams.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3โ€“5 years of Product Management or Product Line Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of global product strategy, consumer insights, and marketplace trends.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make product-driven business decisions.
  • Experience working with textiles, trims, apparel materials, and product development processes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for sports, apparel product creation, and consumer-focused innovation.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a global sportswear, apparel, or consumer products company.
  • Experience working with Olympic, Team Sports, or Performance Apparel.
  • Experience using MMX or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Prior experience supporting global product creation organizations.
