Job Description: The Production Foreman/Line Lead is responsible for assisting the line supervisor to coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.

  • Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and production goals.
