Service Line Coordinator

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Service Line Coordinator, a W2 contract opportunity!

Service Line Coordinator Duration: 12 months Role Type: W2 contract Schedule: Onsite- Monday to Friday Location: Muncie, IN, 47304 Travel: Two of the five days 20%-30% will be traveling to job sites for the FW District. Will submit expenses for fuel and vehicle rental. No overnight travel.

Minimum Requirements:

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an associate's technical degree and three years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Work Experience: Typically requires a minimum of three years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.

Job Summary: This role performs work activities requiring technical knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives. Perfect Power is centered on improving the customer experience by reducing frequent power interruptions and delivering a more reliable service. While traditional reliability efforts have focused on sustained outages, Perfect Power expands that view to include shorter-duration events—such as momentariness, blinks, and voltage sags—that can still impact customers significantly. Essential Job Functions:

  1. Coordinate work activities of others within work group, team or those external to the company including contractors, vendors as required to resolve routine technical tasks and field work activities.
  2. Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis.
  3. Participate in the planning and organization of outage/project work activities.
  4. Make decisions and contribute to team decision-making and consensus building.
  5. Work with others in both supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.
  6. Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees as appropriate.
  7. Pursue effective ways to protect and enhance the environment while providing reliable electricity at a competitive cost.
