Positions include Short Order Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks. The team has a strong commitment to sourcing the best people, ingredients, and serving the community in a sustainable and warm environment.Our busy season is between May and October but qualified candidates have the ability to secure year-round employment as they prove their ability and commitment. Weekly, our team cooks outside with live fire in front of members. Our kitchen receives whole fish and whole pigs to be broken down together, giving opportunities for learning whole animal breakdown and usage techniques.
