Job description

Our Line Cooks are dedicated to their craft and take pride in preparing the best meal possible for each and every patron we serve. We encourage our Line Cooks to develop their skill set so that they may diversify their capabilities and in turn become more valuable to the overall kitchen.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient ticket times and proper execution during service.

  • Assist with station setup, food prep, and inventory rotation to ensure the kitchen is properly stocked and prepared for service.
