We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is central to delivering exceptional food experiences for guests participating in our renowned Wine & Food Pairing program, winery events, and special experiences.

Essential Responsibilities
Culinary Execution
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality specifications
  • Execute dishes with consistency and precision for wine pairing experiences and winery events
  • Maintain strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Support service for daily hospitality programming and special events

Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Complete opening, service, and closing duties efficiently and thoroughly
  • Ensure all food is properly labeled, stored, and handled in compliance with Health Department regulations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide support wherever needed during service and events
