ART-TIME LINE COOK / PREP COOK

Danny & Coop’s – New York City

Danny & Coop’s is looking for an experienced, dependable Part-Time Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Work the line during as well as be a part of the daily food prep.

Follow recipes, food-safety procedures, and kitchen standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general kitchen duties

Work efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience

Current Food Handler’s License/Certificate

Fluent in English and able to clearly communicate with the team

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods, including a full shift

Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks throughout the shift

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

Reliable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented
