Job description

Job Summary:
The Metal Production Line Associate uses a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high
quality metal products with a focus on precision and quality.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain the flow of a production line by performing the tasks below:
โ€ข Operate pin stamp label making machine to label parts for powder coat line
โ€ข Operate buffing wheel to clean burrs from product leaving mills and saws
โ€ข Operate cylinder press machine to fit components together
โ€ข Operate a Robot Welding Cell (no programming experience required, but it is a plus)
โ€ข Operate an automated CNC saw/milling machine. Keep material loaded in the machine
and select programs to run
โ€ข Operate an automated saw
โ€ข Conduct quality control steps to ensure product is held to company standards and
machines are maintaining their tolerances
โ€ข Operate brake press to form parts to the provided specifications
โ€ข All other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
โ€ข Ability to read a tape measure
โ€ข Computer skills required
โ€ข Ability to lift 50 lbs
โ€ข Controlled multitasking
โ€ข Buffing and grinding experience with hand tools and stationary machines
Desired Skills:
โ€ข Prior experience operating a brake press, prior set up experience is a plus.
