Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager (GM) to lead one of our clinics—an
individual who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven, people-centered environment and is
passionate about driving both business success and meaningful patient outcomes. This role is
ideal for a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and create a
culture of accountability, service, and performance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of leadership, sales, and operational expertise,
with experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or medically supervised services strongly
preferred. Candidates who are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by coaching
teams and growing clinic performance will excel in this position.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Personal Trainers seeking an opportunity beyond
traditional their traditional roles may be an excellent fit, as this role uniquely blends patient
engagement, wellness coaching, operational leadership, and business acumen.

The Role

The General Manager is the business and culture leader of the clinic. This is a hands-on
leadership role responsible for sales performance, revenue growth, membership conversion,
team development, and client experience, all while upholding Lindora’s brand and medical
standards.

This is not an administrative role. The GM owns results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Personally lead and coach sales conversations
  • Convert leads into memberships through high-quality consultations
  • Drive revenue across memberships, services, and retail
  • Own clinic KPIs, funnel metrics, and monthly performance results

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and care

Operations & Medical Partnership

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, inventory, and staffing
  • Partner effectively with medical staff while respecting clinical scope
  • Ensure smooth flow from consult → exam → program enrollment

Community & Brand

  • Lead grassroots marketing and local partnerships
  • Represent Lindora in the community
  • Uphold a consistent, premium Lindora client experience

  • 2+ years of sales or leadership experience (health/wellness preferred)
