What are some typical challenges faced by Lindbergh pilots when flying long-distance routes?

Lindbergh pilots, known for pioneering long-distance solo flights, often contend with challenges such as fatigue management, unpredictable weather conditions, and maintaining navigation accuracy over vast, unpopulated areas.
