Job description

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics (3PL) provider offering a broad range of supply chain services. Through an experienced management team and advanced technology, LINC delivers customized logistics solutions that drive efficiency and measurable value for its customers.


This position is based in Lake Orion, MI, supporting General Motors operations in the area. The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management, supporting critical production and supply chain requirements.


Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supervising warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely task completion
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility
  • Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations
  • Addressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time
  • Coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Communicating with leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Completing daily reports related to labor, workflow, and production performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency


The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and a competitive, career‑oriented mindset
