The Opportunity

As a Quality Control LIMS Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You'll maintain and enhance the system that underpins our quality control operations - managing master data, building workflows, integrating instruments, and empowering your colleagues through training and support. This is a high-impact, technical role with visibility across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Manage LIMS master data, workflows, reports, and instrument integrations - including troubleshooting, updating, creating, and testing
  • Execute and coordinate testing, verification, and validation associated with LIMS updates
  • Partner with IT to manage LIMS enhancements and periodic system upgrades
  • Maintain departmental work instructions related to LIMS
  • Provide user support and training to staff across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to enhance LIMS workflows and lead their implementation
  • Communicate relevant LIMS functionality updates and issues to management and appropriate personnel
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on LIMS functionality

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or computer-related field
  • Minimum -3-5 years of experience with a LIMS
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Strong computer skills and technical ability to quickly develop proficiency with new programs
