What does a limousine manager do?

A Limousine Manager oversees the daily operations of a limousine service, ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, drivers are scheduled efficiently, and customer service standards are met. Their responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating client bookings, handling logistics, and complying with local transportation regulations. They also work to optimize fleet performance, resolve customer complaints, and often handle budgeting and marketing for the service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a limousine manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Limousine Manager, you need strong organizational skills, experience in fleet management or transportation services, and often a background in business administration or hospitality. Job description

Golden Limousine International
Inside Sales Concierge

Position Overview
Golden Limousine International is a premium ground transportation company based in Milan, Michigan. We provide luxury sedan, SUV, motorcoach, and charter services to corporate clients, event planners, and individuals who expect the best. Our clients are not just booking a ride. They are entrusting us with moments that matter: a wedding day transfer, a CEO arriving to a high-stakes meeting, a team traveling across the country for a championship game. We take that seriously, and so should you.
As our Inside Sales Concierge, you are the first voice they hear and the first impression we make. That is not a small thing. You will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into booked business, but more than that, you will set the tone for the entire client experience. Every person who contacts Golden Limousine should feel, from the very first interaction, that they are in exceptionally capable hands.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Quote Management

  • Respond to every inbound inquiry, whether by phone, email, or web, with urgency and warmth; a prompt, thoughtful response is itself a service standard
  • Listen carefully to understand the full context of each request, because the details matter: who is traveling, what the occasion is, what level of service will make the experience exceptional
  • Prepare accurate, polished quotes and follow through with the energy of someone who genuinely wants to earn the business
  • Manage the quote pipeline through the CRM so that no inquiry is left waiting and no opportunity is overlooked

Client Experience and Relationship Development

  • Treat every caller as if they are the most important client we have, because in that moment, they are
  • Build genuine rapport with new and returning clients; remember names, preferences, and the little things that make people feel valued
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the experience, whether through vehicle upgrades, added amenities, or anticipating needs before the client even thinks to ask
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations so that what you promise in the quote is exactly what the client receives on the day of service

Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and booking activity in the CRM
  • Track conversion rates, quote volume, and follow-up cadence; report on key metrics weekly
  • Support the development of corporate accounts by nurturing inbound inquiries from businesses, event planners, and venues
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, and service offerings as needed

Qualifications
Required

  • 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or hospitality experience, preferably in a premium or luxury service environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you represent a white-glove brand
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active quotes and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software (email, spreadsheets, booking tools)
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine enjoyment of closing business

Preferred

  • Experience in ground transportation, travel, events, or hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with luxury brand standards and the expectations of corporate and high-net-worth clients
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based commission structure tied to booked revenue
  • Company-matched 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A culture where your work is seen, your ideas are heard, and your growth is supported

Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who processes inquiries. We are looking for someone who understands that every call is an invitation to make a person feel extraordinary.

At Golden Limousine International, our standard is simple: every client, every time, treated like royalty. That means the first-time caller planning a daughter's prom night gets the same care and attention as our longest-standing corporate account. It means you follow up, not because a system reminds you to, but because you genuinely want to earn their trust. It means you take pride in the work, even when no one is watching.

If you are the kind of person who lights up when you make someone's day easier, who finds satisfaction in a well-handled call and a confirmed booking, who understands that in a luxury service business your warmth and professionalism are the product before the product is ever delivered, then this is your role.
We want people who belong here because this is who they already are.
