Senior Lead Limousine Dispatcher (In-Office – Astoria, NY)

A well-established, white-glove limousine and luxury transportation company with over 40 years of excellence in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Dispatcher to join our in-office operations team in Astoria, Queens.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, takes pride in precision and service, and understands the expectations of high-profile and international clientele.

Position Overview

The Senior Lead Dispatcher will play a key role in overseeing daily dispatch operations for our company-owned luxury fleet, working closely with chauffeurs, management, clients, and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery worldwide.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of dispatch experience in the luxury transportation or limousine industry (required)
  • Extensive knowledge of NYC and Tri-State Area geography, traffic patterns, and regulations
  • Experience coordinating transportation for international clients and global partners
  • Ability to communicate professionally with partners in other countries and across time zones
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive assignments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong leadership and communication skills when dealing with both chauffeurs and clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Computer-literate with strong scheduling and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
