Responsibilities:

Installation & Technical Work:

  • Install LED lights, including low-voltage wiring and custom mounting channels, ensuring work meets project requirements and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues during or after setup, and configure lighting apps or controls for proper functionality.
  • Provide maintenance or repair services on previously installed lighting systems as needed.
  • Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Consistently use ladders, hand and power tools, and protective equipment in line with safety best practices.

Customer Service: 

  • Communicate clearly with clients about project progress, answer questions, and confirm satisfaction at completion.

Administration & Documentation: 

  • Track work performed, note materials used, and flag any shortages or issues for follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in permanent lighting is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with drills, saws, and other power tools.
  • Experience with low-voltage wiring and metal fabrication. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work safely at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
  • Dedication to following safety guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
  • A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations within the past 4 years).

  • Willingness to travel within the state.

  • Providing regular updates on job status, and completing necessary paperwork daily.
