JOB PURPOSE:An Outside Sale Representative is responsible for promoting NAPA products and service lines. A person in this position is key for building relationships with commercial customers to assist in establishing NAPA as the premier auto parts supplier in the region.
DUTIES: 
  • Build strong relationships with store teams and customers.
  • Visit customers at their shops and farms. 
  • Coordinates outside sales activities among multiple stores.
  • Monitor sales performance.
  • Identifies new customers and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead promotions at stores or on customer premises.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Very comfortable striking up conversations. 
  • Previous sales experience and/or education preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people.
  • Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to lift 60 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
  • Ability to bend and stoop to floor-level shelves.
  • Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively.
