Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Landscaping & Outdoor Lighting (Commission-Based)

Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and self-driven individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a pure commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You will be the face of our company in the field—meeting homeowners, building relationships, and generating new business for landscaping services and outdoor lighting installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door outreach
  • Present our landscaping and outdoor lighting services in a professional, consultative manner
  • Qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and set up free estimates for the sales or design team
  • Accurately track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Previous door-to-door, retail, or commission sales experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping or outdoor lighting is helpful but not necessary

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based pay structure with competitive commission rates

Schedule
Flexible daytime and evening hours, primarily Monday–Saturday. Consistent effort and availability are expected.
