In this role you'll be responsible for building relationships with electrical distributors, contractors and other key stakeholders involved in project construction. Providing timely product and solution suggestions, providing insights into timing and budget impacts across dynamic projects, and understanding the total construction cycle are a must. This role will work primarily in the Greater Triangle and Eastern North Carolina markets, and cross-functionally in other territories as needed. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our project sales, focusing on large-scale lighting projects. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee large-scale lighting projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and product information to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel across Greater Raleigh, the Triangle and Eastern NC.
