Job description

Small, growing business seeks an experienced holiday lighting technician to bring festive cheer to communities by installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key contributor, you will ensure safety protocols are followed while creating beautiful holiday experiences that brighten neighborhoods and commercial spaces alike.

Duties

  • Install custom holiday lighting displays using ladders, scissor lifts, and rope access techniques for hard-to-reach areas
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols during outdoor work
  • Work efficiently with a teammate and troubleshoot unexpected challenges
  • Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project details, safety procedures, and post-installation care
  • Remove, organize, and store holiday lighting fixtures efficiently after the season concludes


Qualifications

  • Prior experience with rooftop work and safety is strongly preferred (lighting, roofing, gutters, etc.)
  • Strong attention to safety protocols when working at elevated heights or with specialized equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
