As a Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.


What You’ll Do

  • Design industrial facility lighting and power systems
  • Be part of client development to help build long-term relationships
  • Performs routine engineering work using standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
  • Applies limited judgment in selecting and adapting alternatives
  • Performs specific portions of broader assignments using prescribed methods
  • May serve as project manager on tightly defined projects
  • Works under close supervision on new aspects of assignments
  • May assist in client development through marketing
Requirements:

  • Experience: Seeking 5+ years of experience
  • License/Certification: Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain a PE license.
  • Solid technical experience in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and construction administration.
  • Collaborative approach working with other disciplines, establish and maintain budgets and work in partnership with engineers throughout the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of NEC Codes.
  • Knowledge in the workings of industrial control systems (temperature/pressure transmitters, control valves, MOV’s, PLCs, Industrial Automation.
  • Proficient with SKM Power Tools software.
  • Working knowledge of the integration of fire alarm and voice/data systems.
  • Ability to provide direction to designers and CAD technicians
  • Knowledgeable with the use of AutoCAD and REVIT.
