Residential Lead Electrical Installer

We're seeking a skilled and motivatedResidential Lead Electrical Installerto join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a collaborative environment, and leads by example.

What makes you stand out?

  • Minimum3 years of residential electrical installation experience

  • Proven ability tolead installationswith precision, safety, and quality

  • Strong understanding ofelectrical systems, codes, and best practices

  • Capable of workingindoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions

  • Comfortable working onladders and lifting heavy loads(50 lbs+)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Electrical Installation & Service
  • Install a variety of lighting fixtures including cans, chandeliers, and floodlights

  • Implement dedicated circuits and execute panel replacements

  • Work onhome standby generatorsand performbreaker change-outs

  • Upgrade risers and services, and relocate electrical panels

  • Maintain quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Leadership & Team Support
  • Serve as alead installer, guiding and mentoring apprentices and junior electricians

  • Maintain organized workspaces, tools, and vehicles for job readiness

  • Partner with team members to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met

  • Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding job progress and needs

Customer Service & Quality Assurance
  • Deliver outstanding service with a professional and respectful attitude

  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction goals

  • Proactively identify and resolve installation challenges to prevent delays
