This role operates within a fully remote outpatient facility based in Bellevue, Washington. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, on clientsโ€™ lives.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and situations.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive change.
  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, enhancing their understanding of treatment options and self-care strategies for sustained recovery.
  • Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans based on detailed feedback and ongoing evaluations to maximize effectiveness.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure that our clients receive a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and research in mood disorders to continuously refine treatment methodologies.
  • Document client interactions accurately and confidentially, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily consist of individuals experiencing mood disorders, including those with anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
