This position is based in our onsite Rehabilitation Center located in Dulles, Virginia. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and the use of specialized equipment, tailored to each patient's recovery goals.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings to ensure optimal recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, self-care techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices to enhance independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share insights that can improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional advancement in the field of physical therapy.

• Previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with using therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques.
