Job description

SES Branding is seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will primarily work from our fulfillment center, supporting production, quality control, shipping and receiving, and light fabrication activities. This role also includes periodic travel to customer locations for site surveys, installations, and project support. We are looking for someone who can work independently, think critically, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble displays, signage, and branded components using materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, PVC, and vinyl.
  • Perform vinyl application, including cutting, weeding, masking, and applying graphics to various surfaces
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, quality control, and fulfillment activities.
  • Learn and perform Matterport site surveys at customer locations.
  • Support installation projects both locally and through periodic overnight travel.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to support project execution.
  • Interact professionally with clients and represent SES Branding positively during site visits and installations.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas within the fulfillment center, company vehicles, and customer sites.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Identify challenges proactively and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools and can accurately read a tape measure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable performing basic computer and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel overnight periodically.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items may require team-lifting assistance.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, signage, fabrication, manufacturing, or related trades is a plus.
