Job Description:
The Sales Support Administrator I provides operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient handling of customer accounts and order processes. This role supports aftermarket light industry sales across Canada and the USA, acting as a key point of contact for customers while managing order-related activities and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform order entry, order tracking, and order management activities
  • Process returns (RMA), credit and rebill transactions
  • Communicate directly with customers via email and outbound calls
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales transactions
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks and coordination
  • Organize and manage emails, tasks, and daily workload efficiently

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or order management
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and quick learner
  • Proficiency in computer systems and email management

Preferred Qualifications:
