 10 - 30 hours per week over 4 - 5 days per week



Position Summary

  • This position provides personal care and light housekeeping to patient in the home.

Essential Functions


Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest.

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks.


Education/Training

  • High School graduate or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification

  • Valid Driver's License
