Location: Remote - Chicagoland Area

Salary: $70,000 - $83,000 + Monthly Commissions (untapped)

About the Role

Join Mark VII and help shape the future of manufacturing. As a Direct Sales Represenative, youโ€™ll be the critical link between design and productionโ€”driving process improvements, launching new products, and solving real-world challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply consultative selling techniques, which includes performing site analyses, creating business cases and presentations, and managing metrics for customers and prospects, to address their needs with the right solutions.ย 
  • Successfully acquire new accounts and retain existing accounts in your sales territoryย 
  • Implement our sales strategy, and coordinate and plan your sales activities using state-of-the-art CRM softwareย 
  • Serve as primary contact, sought after expert and customer advocate both internal and external for assigned and new accountsย 
  • Be an expert in the car wash industry and on all Mark VII/WashTec product offeringsย 

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ย 
  • 3-5+ years in sales with a proven track record of successย 
  • Significant experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of business plans, budgeting and developing strategies for market penetration.ย 
  • Understanding of financial reports, including contribution margins, profit and loss statements, budgeting and return on investment calculations.ย 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must.ย 
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents.ย 
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) andย 
  • Salesforceย
