• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to evaluate progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect, promoting client growth and healing.
• Offer ongoing support and practical strategies to help clients manage life challenges effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and personal development. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or comparable setting.
• Strong clinical competencies in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy intervention.
• Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

While not required, candidates with additional training in specialized therapeutic modalities, experience with telehealth practices, or backgrounds in community mental health settings will be given preference. Experience in group therapy facilitation is also a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses tied to performance metrics.
