LifeWorks Psychiatric Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists, including LMFTs, LMHCs, and LICSWs, to join our team in a rewarding full-time remote position. The position is entirely remote, offering flexibility to improve work-life balance while maintaining a focus on patient care. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability needed based on patient requirements. This environment allows for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal time, ensuring our therapists can remain engaged and fulfilled in their roles.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with patients to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective individual, couple, and family counseling.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that empower clients through shared experiences and knowledge, addressing topics such as stress management and coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive and holistic care approach for patients, ensuring continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to patients in acute distress.
• Educate patients about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, equipping them with the tools they need for sustained recovery and well-being.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

The therapists at LifeWorks will work with a varied patient population, including adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use issues, and relational problems. Our approach emphasizes individualized care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, allowing for targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders along with proficiency in recognized evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and drafting effective treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience in both individual and group therapy delivery, showcasing a flexible approach to therapy tailored to clients' preferences.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, further contributing to a supportive patient care environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as individuals with substance use disorders or trauma survivors, is highly regarded.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
