• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and personal growth.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer remote options, ensuring accessibility to mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and reflect on clinical practices to integrate new methodologies into therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and mental health disorders. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach to care, focusing on the complexities of each client's unique experiences and fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment to facilitate healing.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable the development of a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to maintain a nonjudgmental attitude while showing empathy and understanding towards clients' challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload and complete administrative duties.

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical environment.
• Experience with teletherapy technologies and virtual counseling platforms.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities for trauma-informed care, especially for clients with complex needs.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
