As an Early Childhood Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy,specializing in children 0-5 but also balanced with other populations as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Past experience working with children 0-5 years of age and their caregivers either in therapy or in skill development.
  • Completed or in process of completing DC - 0-5 and/or ESCii.
  • Able to see adult and teen clients as well

Compensation:

Rate Based Pay Model:

  • Licensed: $ 68,000 - 75,000

Commission Based PayModel:

  • Licensed: $ 66,000 - 124,000

* Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.

* Employees in these positions are W2.
