This remote role provides a comfortable and confidential setting for you to interact with clients. You will be part of a collaborative team of professionals who share a common goal of helping individuals overcome difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a member of our practice, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule and have the necessary administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on what matters most – providing exceptional care to those in need.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adjusting approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, fostering open communication to promote trust and collaboration.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for all clients, particularly those with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay current with emerging therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Our client base encompasses individuals of all ages dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and adjustment difficulties. Your role will involve fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exhibit empathy and maintain a non-judgmental attitude in diverse clinical situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly advantageous.
• Experience in a private practice or collaborative healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to client needs.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to your salary, we provide:
