Lifetime jobs refer to positions that offer long-term employment stability, often with the same company or organization throughout an individual's career. In some cultures or industries, such as traditional Japanese companies, lifetime employment is a valued practice. However, the concept is less common in today's fast-changing job market, with many employers opting for more flexible or contract-based arrangements. Lifetime jobs are most often found in government, education, or large corporations with strong employee retention policies.

Lifetime Products Retail Store Installer -Seasonal

We're hiring Seasonal Installers to support product delivery and installation at customer homes throughout the valley. No prior experience is required-we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you build skills quickly.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and variety. You'll work in different locations each day, avoid the traditional desk job, and take pride in completing hands-on projects. In many cases, once installations are complete, you may have the opportunity to finish early and enjoy added flexibility in your schedule.

While a part time position, applicants can expect full time hours during our peak season, which is typically March-August. Additional hours are available by working as retail store associate when installations are light. Employment is seasonal and expected to conclude at the end of the season. Select few will be offered a full-time position based on performance.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver and professionally install Lifetime products at customer locations

- Learn and follow all installation and safety procedures (training provided)

- Provide friendly, respectful customer service on every job

- Work collaboratively with teammates to complete installs efficiently

- Build product knowledge through hands-on experience

- Support retail store and warehouse operations when installation volume is light

What We're Looking For:

- Must be 18 years or older

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid Utah driver's license

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physical environments

- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions

- Available Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

- Able to pass pre-employment screening (drug screen, background check, MVR, DOT physical)

What We Offer:

- Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour

- Seasonal role with full-time hours during peak season

- Opportunity for additional hours as a retail store associate

- Most weekends off

- Paid holidays

- Profit-sharing opportunities

- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training
