Lifetime Psychotherapy Center is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote setting. • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting approaches based on patients' responses and progress.
• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups and support sessions aimed at promoting mental health awareness and providing a supportive community.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, peer reviews, and continuing education initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient demographic, offering therapeutic support to individuals dealing with diverse mental health challenges. This includes adolescents and adults facing Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Substance Use Disorders. Our commitment to personalized care ensures that each client receives effective, compassionate, and individualized support.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Solid understanding of varied mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to create a therapeutic rapport.
• Strong ethical judgment and professionalism in maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
• A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities specific to special populations (e.g., children, LGBTQ+ community, veterans).
• Prior experience in teletherapy is advantageous but not required.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
