• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote well-being and recovery.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to suit the unique needs of each client.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as required, ensuring an effective path towards healing.
• Provide telehealth options, allowing clients flexibility in accessing therapy, and addressing any challenges they may face with in-person appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and advances in mental health care.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients from various backgrounds.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients, fostering a safe therapeutic space.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and cases efficiently.

• Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools to conduct effective remote therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment and the ability to adapt approaches according to client needs.
