1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The Loyalty and Rewards Director Dynamic and Lifestyle Benefits is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Truist's portfolio of dynamic, experiential, lifestyle, and thirdparty rewards that differentiate the Truist relationship and drive client engagement. This role owns the endtoend partner ecosystem and rewards experience-from strategy and vendor governance through execution, monitoring, and optimization-ensuring offerings are compelling, operationally sound, and delivered seamlessly across channels. The role serves as the central orchestrator between external partners and internal teams, balancing innovation, cost discipline, risk management, and client experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as the primary relationship owner for multiple thirdparty lifestyle and rewards partners, ensuring strong collaboration, performance accountability, and mutual value realization.
2. Lead vendor governance activities, including RFP inputs, contract negotiations and management, performance reviews, and issue escalation.
3. Own the dynamic rewards and offers portfolio, including exclusive Truist partner offers, seasonal and promotional campaigns, and the annual rewards "choice" calendar and client selection experience.
4. Continuously evolve the rewards and offers port

6. Collaborates with internal colleagues to bring forward exclusive Truist only offers and experiences to the rewards platform, this includes opportunities with the Truist Championship, Atlanta Braves, Baltimore Orioles, etc.
7. Define and execute the Truist Rewards anniversary bonus strategy, including eligibility rules, benefit structure, partner integration, and client communications.
8. Partner closely with Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, and Wealth teams to deliver a stable, accurate, and compliant client experience across all rewards touchpoints.
9. Act as a key escalation point for issues impacting benefit fulfillment, partner performance, or client experience.
10. Monitor client adoption, usage patterns, engagement, and sentiment to assess program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
11. Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations to improve partner mix, benefit design, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
12. Own and manage the Lifestyle Benefits and thirdparty rewards budget, including forecasting, expense management, and value realization from partner agreements.
13. Balance client value, program economics, and longterm scalability in all rewards and benefit decisions.
14. Create an inclusive, engaging, and energizing team environment, aligned with the Truist Purpose, Mission and Values, that empowers teammates to learn, grow, and have meaningful careers. Execute on managerial responsibilities and strategic priorities with excellence in a timely manner creating a differentiated experience to ensure areas of focus are operationalized throughout the team at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
2. 10+ years of experience in partner management, rewards, benefits, marketing, or product roles within financial services or a related industry;
3. Proven experience managing thirdparty partners, vendor performance, and contracts in a complex, regulated environment;
4. Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional initiatives spanning Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, and Product teams;
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into execution improvements;
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills;
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, lifestyle benefits, or experiential offer programs;
2. Familiarity with digital delivery of offers and benefits through mobile and online banking platforms;
3. Experience managing program budgets and balancing client value with financial discipline.
