The Physical Therapist position operates on-site at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center, which is designed for comprehensive patient evaluations and treatment protocols. Our environment facilitates teamwork and collaboration across different health disciplines. With state-of-the-art equipment and access to the latest therapeutic tools, the clinic ensures that our therapists can deliver efficacious treatments tailored to each patient's needs. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, promoting a balanced professional and personal life.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including reviewing medical history, performing detailed assessments, and establishing individualized treatment goals based on findings.
• Support patients and their families by clearly explaining evaluation results, treatment plans, and involving them in goal-setting to promote engagement in their recovery journey.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that align with the latest healthcare advancements and the specific needs of each patient.
• Identify patients’ progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly through the use of outcome measures and continuous assessments.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for patient cases in accordance with legal and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal care.
• Participate in continuous education pursuits to enhance professional skills and to contribute to the clinic's training programs.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and those seeking preventive care for scoliosis and other alignment issues. You will work closely with patients of all ages, which requires flexibility in communication and treatment strategies to address their unique needs effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with patients.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings, preferably with a focus on orthopedic or chiropractic conditions.
• Experience with specific modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and other digital health tools to streamline patient care and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
