Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist supports execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth for the LifeMade business. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and external partners, this role coordinates product launches, develops customer-facing marketing materials, analyzes business performance, and ensures marketing programs are executed effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing Program Execution
  • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support advertising, promotions, retail programs, digital marketing, and customer events.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Product & Commercialization Support
  • Assist with new product launches, packaging updates, and product lifecycle activities.
  • Develop sales presentations, sell sheets, product samples, and customer support materials.
  • Collect customer, consumer, and competitive insights to support product positioning and future opportunities.
Business Analytics
  • Prepare dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance summaries.
  • Support annual planning, business reviews, and evaluation of marketing program effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis using available syndicated data sources (Nielsen and Scintilla)
Marketing Operations
  • Assist with marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendor coordination, product samples, and marketing documentation.
  • Maintain marketing assets and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to support key initiatives.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products or packaged goods.
  • Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or commercialization activities.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, Scintilla) or similar market data tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and market data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to sustainability or consumer packaging trends.
