As a DoW SkillBridge intern for ALLO, you must be a military service member who is in good standing, entering their final 180 days of their service, and is looking to gain skills and experience in the telecommunications industry. This individual will be participating in a DoD SkillBridge program that would allow them to receive on-the-job training and an internship with ALLO.
As a partner to the DoW SkillBridge program, we can take your experience in the Armed Forces and help you transition to the next chapter in your professional life. Your skills (leadership, focus, loyalty, self-discipline) are uniquely suited to becoming the ideal team player at ALLO.
The job profile for a DoW SkillBridge intern may vary depending on the specific field they are seeking to enter, but some common responsibilities and qualifications may include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commit to providing an Exceptional and Hassle-Free outcome-oriented learning organization.
Completing a military service contract and being eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
Demonstrating a strong understanding of telecommunications technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Possessing excellent communication and customer service skills
Being able to work well in a team environment and support fellow team members
Having the ability to adapt to new environments and situations, including working in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry
Demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and following company policies and procedures
Meeting any additional requirements specific to the telecommunications industry, such as holding a valid driver's license or obtaining certain certifications

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Currently serving in the United States Armed Forces and in good standing
Approved by both the DoW SkillBridge Program and Company Commander for entrance into the program
EXPERIENCE:
Military experience related to telecommunications, human resources, construction, IT, or marketing preferred but not required
