We are currently seeking a cheerful, creative, organized, and motivated Life Enrichment Assistant who is passionate about enriching the lives of seniors and creating meaningful daily experiences for residents.

Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.50
 
What You’ll Do
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll help create a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere through activities, events, and resident-centered experiences.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Leading a variety of resident activities such as:
    • Bingo
    • Cooking & baking
    • Dancing
    • Karaoke
    • Arts & crafts
    • Games and social events
  • Assist with planning seasonal celebrations, parties, and special events
  • Encouraging resident participation and engagement
  • Transporting residents to and from outings and activities using our community mini-bus
  • Assisting with activity calendars, flyers, and community decorations
  • Preparing snacks and activity supplies
  • Building meaningful connections with residents
  • Collaborating with the Life Enrichment team to create memorable experiences

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in senior housing is a plus
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Driver’s License required [Must have at least 5 years of driving experience]
  • Comfortable transporting seniors using our mini-bus
    (No special license required — training provided!)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
