If you are a self starter that is looking to take control of your own income while building a new business team, We are currently hiring both full time or part time positions in Memphis, TN and the surrounding area. Due to the impact that Covid-19 had on the industry, we are able to utilize the option of working fully from home and also making client visits in their homes

-Part time earns about $500/wk and full time earns $2,000-$3000/wk in year 1
In addition to your own personal production, active Team Leaders earn additional bonuses on sales made by your team of agents.

Responsibilities as an Agent:

1. Meet with clients that have requested our help for life insurance
2. Match the clients up with one of our A rated carriers
3. Fill out the necessary paper work/electronic application
4. Submit it to our office
5. Get paid directly by the carrier (On average $500-$750/ Family)
Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
1. Seek and Identify new agent prospects to add to your team
2. Help guide and train new agents through contacting leads and running in-home appointments
3. Get new agents connected with others in the organization through quarterly networking and training events
We offer a turn-key platform with everything that you need to get yourself and your new team members licensed, contracted, and out in the field helping families. We partner with over 30 different A-rated or better insurance carriers working in life, mortgage protection, final expense, medicare, disability, retirement planning, and more.
Our platform includes a full CRM system, full training and online education platform, and access to exclusive leads in the area.

Required

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Insurance license from the state you are working in
· Passing scores on state exams that certify you to sell various types of insurance

Preferred
· Bachelor's degree in a field related to insurance or sales
· Flexible schedule and ability to travel
· Experience working for an established insurance agent

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
