Compensation:


$60,000โ€“$85,000 base salary depending on experience + benefits package


Position Overview:


Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment & Insurance Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of both investment and insurance operations. This person will play a critical role in ensuring client accounts, insurance cases, and operational workflows are handled with accuracy, urgency, and a high level of client service.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Investment & Insurance Operations:


  • ย Manage investment and insurance new business from submission through completionย 
  • ย Prepare and submit account paperwork with a high level of accuracyย 
  • ย Process account openings, transfers, rollovers, contributions, withdrawals, and other client transactionsย 
  • ย Track cases across custodians and internal systems to ensure timely executionย 
  • ย Coordinate with custodians, carriers, and internal team members throughout the processย 



Insurance Operations & Case Management:


  • ย Process insurance applications from underwriting through policy deliveryย 
  • ย Coordinate medical exams and gather underwriting requirementsย 
  • ย Monitor case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding itemsย 
  • ย Support ongoing policy servicing including beneficiary updates, loans, payments, and policy changesย 



Client Service & Advisor Support:


  • ย Serve as a point of contact for operational and service-related client requestsย 
  • ย Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and external partnersย 
  • ย Support advisors by preparing materials and ensuring operational readinessย 
  • ย Help deliver a seamless, high-touch client experienceย 



Operations & Process Improvement:


  • ย Maintain accurate CRM and operational recordsย 
  • ย Ensure workflows stay organized and nothing falls through the cracksย 
  • ย Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational processesย 
  • ย Assist in building scalable systems to support the firmโ€™s continued growthย 



Qualifications:


  • ย Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance, or investment operations preferredย 
  • ย Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsย 
  • ย Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • ย Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesย 
  • ย Experience working with CRM systems and operational platformsย 
  • ย Licenses: Life & Health Insurance and/or Series 6 or 7 requiredย
